PAYMENT POLICY: A minimum deposit of 50% is due by December 31, 2024. Payment must be received in full by February 1, 2025, or your booth may be resold.

REFUND POLICY: Exhibitors canceling in writing on or before February 1, 2025, are entitled to a 50% refund of the total rental fee. There will be no refunds issued after February 1, 2025.
