Income Bonus
Vermont residents whose annual household income is at or below the
low- or moderate-income guidelines qualify for a $200-$2,200 bonus rebate, depending on their utility and household income level. (Note: rental property owners and Burlington Electric Department customers are not eligible for this offer at this time.)
Note: Income limits are updated annually. The 2026 limits are effective as of July 1, 2026. Efficiency Vermont will honor submissions using the prior income limits on equipment purchased and installed before July 1 until July 31, 2026.
