Income Bonus
Vermonters whose household income is at or below the low- or moderate-income guidelines qualify for a $200-$2,200 bonus rebate, depending on their utility and household income level.
- Green Mountain Power low-income customers: apply online or download the form. Please note: Heat pumps purchased or leased from VGS are not eligible for this bonus rebate.
