Home Performance with ENERGY STAR and Weatherization Update October 2019

Button Up 2019

In support of Button Up 2019, Efficiency Vermont energy consultants will be conducting 500 Home Energy Visit walk-throughs for residents in participating Button Up communities. Residential customers will receive a “light touch” walk-through (no testing or audit report) and a document that outlines recommended measures and priorities. When appropriate, customers will be guided toward comprehensive weatherization projects through Efficiency Vermont’s Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program and heating system upgrades.

By conducting Home Energy Visits, Efficiency Vermont hopes to identify motivated customers with ample opportunities to take advantage of the increased Home Performance incentives, heating system rebates, and enhanced financing, and refer them to EEN contractors to complete the work.
