Plan an Event

Events are a great way to connect with your community and share information to help your neighbors save energy and money.

How it works

Efficiency Vermont tries to co-sponsor as many community events as possible. If we aren’t able to attend your event, we can send an “Event in a Box” containing informational materials and other goodies.

1. Plan your event

Events come in all shapes and sizes: Energy fairs, webinars, town meetings, and more.

2. Let us know about it

Use the form below to tell us about your event. You can request in-person event support from Efficiency Vermont, or you can request an “Event in a Box” with supplies like brochures, pens, stickers, and more. Please give us 10 business days to process your “Event in a Box” request. If you let us know about your event in advance, we can also add it to our Events Calendar for additional promotion.

3. Rock and roll

Have fun interacting with your community at the event. Don’t forget to take photos and share them with us for future outreach. After the event, let us know how it went and what we can do to improve next time.
