Michelle McCutcheon-Schour
Michelle leads the community engagement team, helping create programs that reflect the needs and experiences of the people they serve.
Brad Long
Brad works with community partners in Windham, Windsor, and Orange counties. He also works with rental property owners to find ways to reduce energy use and improve renters’ comfort.
Bekah Kuster
Bekah works with community partners in Addison, Bennington, Rutland, and Washington counties. She has experience implementing local climate and energy initiatives across Vermont.
Mary-Catherine Graziano
Mary-Catherine works with partners in Franklin, Grand Isle, Caledonia, Essex, Chittenden, and Orleans counties. She has two decades of experience in education, outreach, and partnership development.
