• Sponsor/Exhibitor Comp Passes: Please note, if your organization is a registered sponsor or exhibitor, you will receive a guide one month prior to the conference, which will include instructions on how to claim the complimentary conference registrations that come with your sponsorship/exhibitor level.
• Group Registration Opportunity: Buy four registrations (at full price), and the fifth registration is only $100 (the lowest price registrant will be the one who receives the discounted rate). Please note: this offer cannot be used with any reduced rate registrations, such as speakers, sponsor/exhibit reps, and EEN members, and may not be combined with any other discount. Fill out and send the Group Registration Form (PDF) to receive the discounted registration. • Payment Information: Please note, all credit card payments will incur an additional service fee of 3%. Check payments will incur a 2% service fee. In the event of a refund, service fees cannot be adjusted or refunded.
• Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled by April 20, 2026, will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee and any service fees paid. There will be no refunds issued after April 20, 2026, but substitutions are allowed.
