Overview

Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) addresses talent supply gaps by connecting employer needs with training programs, wrap-around support programs, and funding resources to better prepare the labor force with job-ready skills. The State of Vermont and Vermont Talent Pipeline Management have helped set the national standard as the first statewide implementation with employer collaboratives in 3 critical industries: construction, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. Now, Efficiency Vermont is implementing this successful framework into the energy efficiency and climate sector.

Right now, we're on step 1: getting organized. We're on the lookout for contractors to participate in this framework. We'd like to work with you! Our Workforce Development Manager, Will Schwartz, will be leading these efforts.
