For Residential Rental Properties Eligible for Efficiency Vermont’s Rent-Limit-Based Programs

The eligibility of some of our residential rental property programs are based on the rent level of the units in the property. Please refer to the table below to identify if your rental property is eligible for the program you are interested in.

The table displays rent levels broken out by Low area-median-income, Moderate area-median-income, and High area-median-income. The income levels vary by county. The first three rows are the income limits for Addison County. The second three rows are the income limits for Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle counties. The third three rows are the income limits for all other Vermont counties. The columns for each row contain the monthly rent limit by number of bedrooms. The number of bedrooms ranges from a studio to five bedrooms.
