RESNET Webinar Session 3: Applying Verifiable Data to the Approaches to Value

New Construction - Advanced | 1 hour training
Professional Credits: 1
July 9, 2020

Using the information learned from Session 2, explore in more depth how to use this data. Identify where on the URAR 1004 (appraisal form used by lenders) this information might be applied and why. Agents can gain valuable information on what appraisers need to value homes they’ve sold. Lenders will love this session as it applies the HERS rating to the URAR 1004 form and Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA selling guidelines. When you finish this session, you will be able to

  • Apply the HERS rating information to the appraisal form
  • Identify ENERGY STAR® Homes by address
  • Use the HERS rated homes to merge with MLS sales to find “comparable” homes
