Supercharged sugaring method looks to change maple industry

Take a behind-the-scenes look at the new Goodrich Family maple sugar house in Eden, VT, which has invested in state-of-the-art High-Brix Reverse Osmosis technology to make maple syrup with less energy. Efficiency Vermont is partnering with the Goodriches to learn more about how this new technology performs in the field, and help other sugar operations benefit as well.
