Residential HVAC Fundamentals for Builders, Designers, and General Contractors

Residential construction as a whole is pretty siloed when it comes to the roles and expertise of the various trades involved in a typical project. But success of a building as a system relies on alignment of goals and objectives for the occupants and for the building. This course will start to scratch the surface of the principles and fundamentals of basic HVAC concepts and design for residential construction.

The content will cover the basics behind all of the letters of the trade: Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning. This training is the first in a series of trainings that will dig deeper into overall quality HVAC design and application, and offer builders the concepts and fundamentals to effectively engage in the successful design and installation of a residential HVAC system.
