The AGC/VT Leadership Academy is an in-person, eight-session, 32 hour program that pairs leadership development with practical field application. The curriculum is structured around a blend of general instruction, hands-on activities, group discussion, and guest speakers, giving participants a balance of people leadership and jobsite readiness.
