Leadership Academy is designed to address one of the industry’s most pressing needs: Developing strong leaders who can guide teams, manage complex projects, and help sustain Vermont’s construction workforce.
Beginning with a pilot series of virtual sessions followed by in-person programming this fall, the Leadership Academy will feature a mix of instructor-led learning, guest speakers, and hands-on group activities that reflect real-world construction challenges. The Leadership Academy will provide a comprehensive training experience combining technical construction knowledge and essential leadership skills, with sessions focused on project leadership, team development, financial fundamentals, and mentorship.
This session introduces how leadership affects project results, crew performance, and jobsite culture.
