High Efficiency Evaporator Fans (HEVAPs)—Evaporators that contain EC (electronically commutated) motors, motor controls, electronic expansion valves, and optimized defrost controls in an integrated package are now being supported through participating distributors. Qualifying products receive a point of purchase discount.

Eligibility and discount levels

Medium- and low-temperature evaporators, with fan motors ≤1/15 horsepower containing the following components:

Tier 1: $150 per fan

• EC motors
• Integrated motor controls that reduce operating time or power

Tier 2: $250 per fan

• EC motors
• Integrated motor controls that reduce operating time or power
• Electronic expansion valve (EEV)
• Integrated controls that optimize defrost

Adding Doors to Open Refrigerated Cases—Now available via the Commercial Refrigeration Form and/or Online Rebates process. Open refrigerated cases generate a large amount of wasted energy as well as causing issues with customer comfort and food quality. New rebates support closing in these open cases with insulated doors. Interested in the possibility? Please reach out to your EEN Account Manager with questions.

FREE Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH)!—The EEN is offering a free HPWH to all EEN members that enroll in the HPWH trade group. Enrollees that meet all the program requirements and fully complete all paperwork will receive a voucher for a free HPWH of their choice from any participating distributor.
