Heat Saver Loan Update
The maximum allowable amount of the Heat Saver Loan has increased from $35,000 to $40,000.
Interest rates have been adjusted. They now include 0% financing for moderate-income households applying for loan terms of five years or less. See the interest rate table here for more information.
Refinancing is now available for customers who wish to take out a new Heat Saver Loan for a weatherization project.
The loan is also now available for qualifying appliances (listed on the Qualified Products List). Please note that this opportunity is available only through VSECU and Opportunities Credit Union.
