Please join us for a tour of the OnLogic facility located in South Burlington on April 1st from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

This exclusive tour of the new OnLogic global headquarters is designed for professionals interested in learning about the innovative construction work that went into the creations of this 150,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art facility and model of energy efficiency. This building embodies the vision and mission of OnLogic and their commitment to empowering innovative companies around the world to make the impossible possible.

Tour Highlights

Automated building system

The system is fully integrated and was collaboratively designed by the OnLogic team to make adjustments based on occupancy, solar generation, and grid needs.

Sustainable insulation

Foam glass insulation was utilized for site sub-slab material from local producer Glavel, based in Essex, VT.

Mechanical systems

The facility relies on a geothermal system to power heating and cooling needs. With this design OnLogic will avoid creating more than 1.5 million pounds of carbon dioxide per year. Not only is this geothermal design able to meet current needs, but it was designed to grow in step with future OnLogic expansion.

Common Areas

Shared spaces throughout the facility were designed to promote natural light and reduce energy consumption.

Key Topics

Energy efficiency by design

Detailed overview of the energy-efficient design to incorporate all elements of the building including HVAC systems, lighting, and insulation. Elements to highlight include the integrated building management system, geothermal systems, robust solar array, efficient ERVs, MEP design and construction commissioning, and building envelope commissioning.
