Electric Vehicles Incentives
The Federal government and Vermont electric utilities have a variety of incentive offers for new and used electric vehicles, including all-electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle models. Some of these programs require buyers to be prequalified prior to purchasing. Requirements differ by program and utility. Many Vermont car dealers are able to pass through incentives at the time of purchase. See the table under "Partner Offers" for links to program eligibility requirements and additional details.
