Valid for purchases made 9/15/18 – 2/1/19. Submissions must be postmarked by 3/1/19. Allow up to 60 days for delivery of rebate. Incomplete or missing information will delay processing and payment. Customer eligible for rebate up to $100; Efficiency Vermont will pay the lesser of $100 or the total cost of materials, as documented via installation photos and copy of the receipt for materials. This rebate offer is subject to change without prior notice, and is subject to a limit of one rebate per Vermont residential electric utility account per year. Materials must be installed in Vermont. Efficiency Vermont reserves the right to conduct field inspections to verify installations. Limitation of liability: Efficiency Vermont does not guarantee the performance of installed materials expressly or implicitly, and will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the rebate program or with the installation at your premises.
