Ventilate Right, Part 2: Next Steps for ERV and HRV Systems for Homes - Distribution, Controls and Maintenance

Sizing and selecting residential ventilation equipment is important, but what comes next? This session will build upon Ventilate Right, Part 1 by sharing more real-world examples of different residential ventilation applications and highlighting tips for optimizing the system to get the most efficiency from it. Effective duct and register layout and controls will be emphasized for greater understanding of how they can impact occupant comfort, indoor air quality, and overall system efficiency. We will cover how to verify the system is continuing to operate efficiently and meet occupants’ needs.
