Vermont 2020 CBES - Multi-family Buildings (1.5 AIA LU/HSW)

Commercial Building Energy Standards (CBES) have been adopted in Vermont with recurring updates over the past 20 years. These codes address essential building science systems that address health of occupants by mitigating pests through air sealing and building/wall assemblies, safety through balanced ventilation of mechanical systems, and wellness through insulation. Basic building science knowledge and building design will be beneficial for the attendee but, should not discourage anyone with interest from participating. 

NOTE: This training focuses on the 2020 version of the CBES as that reflects the standards that are effective now. As the 2023 CBES changes approach their effective date, additional trainings on the future standards will be offered.

This course has been approved for 1.5 AIA LU/HSWs.
