Lead Carpenter Training

Cost: $600 per person 10% discount if you register 2 or more people from one company. Scholarships available to participants from businesses owned by Black and Indigenous people, People of Color, Immigrants, LGBTQIA folks, and Women.

HELM’s Lead Carpenter Training is for current and aspiring Leads who are looking to build their management and leadership skills. In four 1.5 hour sessions, we will explore what it means to be a Lead Carpenter and provide a portfolio of sample documents to support your process.

Session #2 (5/16) - Project Execution
Session #3 (5/23) - Project Closeout
Session #4 (5/30) - Open Discussion, Question, and Answer

Registration limited to 15. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions in real-time, but recordings will be available. Closed-captioning and simultaneous interpretation are available upon request. Please email if you need any accommodations to participate fully in the course.
