Vermont Interfaith Power and Light Annual Conference - Envisioning and Acting for the World We Want

Reverend Dr. Jim Antal, denominational leader and climate activist, and Professor Molly Anderson, Food Studies Professor at Middlebury College are the keynote speakers for the Vermont Interfaith Power and Light (www.vtipl.org) annual conference, October 26 at Middlebury Congregational Church.
The keynote speakers will also lead workshops and there will be additional workshops addressing Vermont water quality and climate change, advocacy for effective climate change legislation and “Changes of Heart” for climate action.
Vermont Interfaith Power and Light (VTIPL) is a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to support the efforts of faith communities in addressing climate change. In addition to its annual conference VTIPL offers a monthly e-newsletter, climate change film showings, free energy assessments of faith community buildings and matching grants for energy audits and energy efficiency and renewable energy projects through the Katy Gerke Memorial Program.
