Energy Workshop for Rental Property Owners in the Randolph Region

Location: Chandler Center for the Arts, 71 S Main St, Randolph
Please join the R3 task force working to cultivate home and business energy opportunities for a special event for Randolph area rental property owners.
We will host a light breakfast and workshop designed to help commercial and residential rental property owners in taking on projects that improve the value, resilience, and appeal of their property. Co-sponsored by the Vermont Council on Rural Development and Efficiency Vermont, this event will feature brief presentations from technical experts, those who can help finance projects, and more. The program will likely include:
- 8:00 to 8:30 – Gather for coffee and bagels
- 8:30 to 9:30 – Brief presentations including:
- Efficiency Vermont
- Green Mountain Power
- 3E Thermal
- Northfield Savings Bank
- Vermont State Employees Credit Union
- Catamount Solar
- Agency of Commerce and Community Development
- 9:30 to 10:00 – Connect directly with resource people
Our Task Force has put this workshop together because we appreciate the importance of having high quality and affordable housing and commercial property available here in the Randolph region. Property owners have an important role to play in helping deliver on this priority and this workshop is designed to support them. While this workshop is targeted to commercial and residential rental property owners, anyone interested is welcome to attend.
