If your tenants meet income guidelines, a team will come to your property to perform some or all of these services:

  • Install energy efficient light bulbs and fixtures

  • Replace refrigerators with more efficient models.

  • Seal drafts and air leaks around windows and doors.

  • Insulate walls and ceilings.

  • Install water heater jackets, low-flow shower heads, aerators.

  • Replace electric space and water heaters with oil, gas or propane units.

  • Identify loans, mortgage products, and energy services that may save you money.
