Design assistance
We'll review your building plans and show you how much you'll spend on energy for heating, cooling, hot water, lights and appliances. We'll recommend ways to lower those costs. And we'll help you choose the right energy-efficient equipment, lights and appliances for your budget.

Available Incentives (PDF) for you or your builder for energy-saving heating, central air conditioning, refrigerators, dishwashers and clothes washers

Testing
After your home is built, we'll test it for air-tightness. Building a tight home reduces drafts, heat loss, ice dams, energy costs and maintenance costs.

Home Energy Rating
After testing is done, we'll give your home an energy rating. That will give you independent confirmation of the quality and energy efficiency of your home.
