newLIGHT Enhanced Rebate Program

Introducing newLIGHT, an exciting new program promoting the replacement of T12 and HID High-Bay lighting with more efficient technology.

For a limited time - April 1 through December 31, 2010 - Efficiency Vermont is offering businesses significantly enhanced rebates for upgrading their old T12 fluorescent and HID high-bay lighting systems to more efficient equipment - from 50 to 90% of the equipment cost!

To qualify for enhanced rebates offered through the newLIGHT program, customers must work with a contractor, distributor, or other lighting professional who will evaluate their facilities and submit a "Project Pre-Approval Form" to Efficiency Vermont on their behalf.

ATTENTION CONTRACTORS:
GET CASH FOR COMPLETED PROJECTS!
Now through December 31, 2010, contractors receive a $200 cash reward from Efficiency Vermont for every completed newLIGHT project.

The more projects you complete, the bigger your reward!
In addition to the standard $200, contractors receive a bonus:

$500 for your 5th completed project.
$2,500 for your 15th completed project.
$5,000 for your 25th completed project.

Don't miss this chance to receive $200 for every newLIGHT project you complete by December 31.

Projects must include a minimum of 10 fixtures to be eligible.
Equipment must be purchased and installed and project fully completed before reward is issued.
Allow 60 days after project verification for payment.
Contractors who completed newLIGHT projects prior to August 1 are eligible for these rewards. Contact Efficiency Vermont for details.

newLIGHT Workshops

On April 5-7, Efficiency Vermont conducted one-hour workshops around the state, introducing the newLIGHT program to electrical contractors and distributors. Workshops were held in Burlington, Montpelier, St. Johnsbury, and Rutland.
