Design Checklist for Multifamily Housing
Efficiency Vermont's checklists for comprehensive design and supporting protocols provide guidelines for making your building energy efficient. These documents are a good starting point for most new construction and major renovation multifamily projects.
After reviewing the checklist, Contact Us. We will assign an energy consultant to provide the most appropriate project-specific technical assistance and financial incentives to meet the needs of your specific project.
ENERGY STAR Checklists
New Multifamily buildings applying for ENERGY STAR certification must meet the requirements of the following four checklists:
Thermal Enclosure System Rater Checklist*
HVAC System Quality Installation Contractor Checklist
