SMARTLIGHT Discounted Replacement Lamp Program
Discounted Replacement Lamps from Electrical Distributors
Efficiency Vermont and Burlington Electric Department have partnered with electrical distributors to offer contractors and lighting customers the most efficient replacement lamps on the market at a comparable cost to conventional products.
How does it work?
It's simple. Through an agreement with participating electrical distributors, the higher cost of select premium energy-efficient lighting products will be paid by Efficiency Vermont directly to the distributor. In effect, as contractors and lighting customers, you will get the most efficient premium replacement lamps, without having to pay more than you would for conventional lamps.
Custom rebates may be available for purchases made from non-participating distributors. Please contact Efficiency Vermont for more information.
Why promote premium-efficiency lighting products?
The eligible lighting technologies provide better quality light and lower operating costs. And, with the special pricing, you can install these high-quality replacement lamps at the same cost as conventional products, helping you meet your customers' increasing demand for environmentally conscious products and services.
What products are eligible?
The SMARTLIGHT program applies to select screw- and pin-based LED lamps and "reduced-wattage" fluorescent and metal halide lamps.
Ask your local participating lighting distributor for additional details.
