Eligible Products

  • HPT8 System = high-lumen lamp(s) + low ballast factor (BF) ballast.
  • Lamp and ballast combinations must be listed on the Consortium for Energy Efficiency's (CEE) Qualifying Products List (EXCEL).
  • LED Commercial Eligible Products Guide (pdf)
    • LED products must be ENERGY STAR qualified or DesignLights Consortium® approved to be eligible for premium rebates.
    • LED products must be registered with LED Lighting Facts® and meet Efficiency Vermont performance criteria to be eligible for standard rebates.
